If using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms apply. You accept responsibility for any data charges, including roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

While they strive to keep the app updated and accurate, they accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss from reliance on the Application’s functionality.

The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application at any time without prior termination notice. Upon any termination, (a) rights and licenses granted under these terms will end; (b) you must cease using and delete the Application from your device.
